The taxonomy of Asana is as follows –
- Organization >> Team >> Projects >> Tasks
- Organization = account holder. In this case it’s ISOC-DC.
- Team = group of people working on a set of projects. That’s all of us.
- Projects = specific projects. We are using these as hubs for our operational teams, like the panel teams and organizational teams, like the web and finance teams
Project sections have the following tools:
- lists = tasks
- coversations = conversations/discussions
- calendar = when tasks are due on a calendar
- progress = summary of task completion status

Please note, we are having technical difficulties so the following functionalities may not work for you. We are working with Asana to fix these.
To add files to a project you need to insert them into tasks or conversations. You should then be able to see them in the files section. This appears to not be working for some people.
