The following planning meetings will be convened for the purpose of organizing all the remaining tasks necessary in order to ensure another great IGF-USA onJuly 14th!
Both meetings are open to everyone who seeks to make a positive contribution.

Registration and Web Promotion
Registration for this year’s conference will go out this week. The IGF-USA needs people to spread the word. We are looking to everyone in our community to echo, share, retweet, and otherwise spread our posts on social media. We are especially looking for help from the communications departments of friendly organizations. Please email info@igf-usa.org with any leads as soon as possible! Thanks!

We will convene just one more meeting prior to July 14th, acknowledging that current efforts must be primarily focused on the event.

We have purposefully avoided proposing a meeting this week, so that volunteers can direct their immediate attention and essential efforts around IGF-USA 2016. As our Chairs will point out, panel finalization,volunteer gathering, catering, and registration are critical areas that need immediate help and support this week.
