Submission: It's 2024. Why isn't everyone using digital cash and digital wallets? Since Cybercash was launched in 1994, Internet users have wanted an easy, private way to easily send dollars over the Net. Who and what has blocked such services? Privacy concerns? Incumbents? Police? Lack of standards? Lack of trust?
