Submission: Access and Digital Inclusion This panel will focus on redlining in the US and what does exclusion of these communities mean for our efforts to close the digital connectivity divide. The Panel will offer a retrospective on why many communities are being redlined, even during the past year when the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) has been available, and what can be done to make communities more attractive to providers. The panel will also attempt to provide some solutions on how communities can make themselves more attractive and bring in providers.
