Submission: Leveraging the Multistakeholder Approach for Combatting Online Abuse: Effective and Ineffective Engagement Strategies

Links: Anti-abuse is wide ranging. Some of it is being addressed in multistakeholder venues. Some is appropriately not, as no existing venue makes sense to discuss all types of abuse. However, looking back at what has and hasn't worked to address online harms could give us a roadmap on whether there is a more efficient path forward to work on models where we collectively work to make the Internet a better, safer place.
